This Privacy Policy explains how Bring Corp, doing business as Ten Four ("Ten Four," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

This Policy applies to our websites, web portal, software, text messaging, MMS/photo messaging, voice features, voicemail, payment-related workflows, support channels, and related services (the "Services").

1. Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to information about:

  • Accounts who use Ten Four.
  • Employees, subaccounts, or authorized users of accounts.
  • Customers of accounts who communicate with or pay accounts through Ten Four.
  • Website visitors and prospective account customers.
  • People who contact us for support, sales, or other business purposes.

If you are a customer of a account that uses Ten Four, the account is generally responsible for its relationship with you. Ten Four processes your information to help provide services to that account and to operate, secure, support, and improve Ten Four.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide, information created through use of the Services, and information from third parties. The information we collect may include the following categories.

2.1 Contact Information

Examples include name, phone number, email address, mailing address, service address, billing address, and similar contact details.

2.2 Account Business Information

Examples include business name, trade, service area, business phone number, account settings, service preferences, license or registration information, insurance information, business hours, and related profile information.

2.3 Customer and Job Information

Examples include service requests, job descriptions, service addresses, property details, notes, photos, images, videos, estimates, approvals, change confirmations, scheduling information, invoice details, payment status, customer communication history, and related business records.

Photos, images, or videos may include property conditions, damage, vehicles, people, license plates, home layouts, possessions, or other information visible in the content submitted.

2.4 Communications Information

Examples include SMS messages, MMS messages, voice call records, voicemail, voicemail recordings, call recordings where enabled, call transcripts, voicemail transcripts, AI-generated summaries, message metadata, support messages, and other communications sent through or connected to the Services.

2.5 Payment and Billing Information

Examples include subscription status, billing history, invoice history, transaction records, payment method metadata, processor identifiers, charge status, refund status, dispute status, timestamps, and the last four digits or brand of a payment card.

Customer credit card payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Ten Four does not intentionally store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credential data.

Accounts must pay Ten Four service fees by credit card or other card-based payment method accepted by Ten Four.

2.6 Technical, Device, and Usage Information

Examples include IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, mobile carrier, log data, pages viewed, features used, errors, diagnostic data, authentication events, and usage activity.

2.7 Location and Address Information

Examples include service addresses, billing addresses, general location derived from IP address, and address verification information.

2.8 AI-Related Inputs and Outputs

Examples include messages, photos, job notes, call transcripts, voicemail transcripts, customer requests, prompts, model outputs, classifications, summaries, suggested replies, automated replies, suggested actions, and workflow decisions processed through AI-assisted features.

2.9 Other Information You Provide

We may collect other information that you choose to provide or that is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, bill for, support, or improve the Services.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

  • Directly from accounts and authorized users.
  • From account customers who text, call, leave voicemail, submit photos, use payment links, use scheduling or approval links, or otherwise communicate through Ten Four.
  • Automatically through the Services.
  • From third-party services, such as Stripe, Twilio, Mapbox, hosting providers, analytics providers, and support tools.
  • From publicly available sources, where appropriate for business verification, fraud prevention, support, or service improvement.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Set up and manage account accounts.
  • Enable customer communications.
  • Send and receive text messages, MMS messages, calls, voicemails, notifications, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Transcribe, summarize, route, and respond to communications.
  • Support scheduling, job tracking, approvals, invoicing, and payment workflows.
  • Process fees owed to Ten Four.
  • Facilitate customer payments to accounts through payment processors.
  • Verify addresses and support tax-related workflows.
  • Provide AI-assisted features, including message classification, suggested replies, automated replies, routing, scheduling support, invoice support, and workflow assistance.
  • Provide support and respond to requests.
  • Send administrative, billing, security, and service messages.
  • Monitor usage, troubleshoot, and improve performance.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, spam, security incidents, abuse, and unlawful activity.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Enforce our agreements and policies.

Ten Four customer messaging is intended for service-related communications. Ten Four does not use customer mobile numbers or SMS consent information for unrelated third-party marketing.

5. AI-Assisted Processing

Ten Four may use AI providers to help classify messages, review photos or job descriptions, summarize communications, suggest replies, generate automated replies, support scheduling, assist with invoicing, identify customer intent, transcribe or summarize voicemails, and provide related workflow support.

SMS/MMS threads, photos, job notes, voicemails, voicemail transcripts, call transcripts, and related information may be visible to, processed by, or used with AI systems to provide the Services.

During beta, pilot, or limited-release periods, Ten Four may use human review, quality checks, or manual approval workflows before certain AI-assisted responses are sent. Ten Four may later permit automated responses without prior human review.

We do not intentionally authorize third-party AI providers to use account customer data to train general-purpose AI models unless we disclose that use or obtain appropriate authorization. We use commercially reasonable efforts to select AI providers and settings that do not use customer content for model training by default.

AI providers may process and temporarily retain data for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, debugging, legal compliance, or other purposes described in their applicable terms.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

6.1 Accounts and Authorized Users

Information about a account's customers, jobs, invoices, payments, communications, photos, voicemails, transcripts, and approvals may be made available to that account and its authorized users.

6.2 Account Customers

We may share information with account customers as needed to send messages, invoices, payment links, confirmations, receipts, reminders, approvals, scheduling updates, and related service communications.

6.3 Service Providers and Subprocessors

We may share information with vendors that help us provide the Services, such as:

  • Communications providers, including Twilio.
  • Payment processors, including Stripe.
  • Hosting, database, storage, and infrastructure providers.
  • Address verification and mapping providers.
  • Tax calculation providers.
  • AI and machine-learning providers.
  • Transcription providers.
  • Email and authentication providers.
  • Analytics, support, logging, and security providers.
  • Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors.

6.4 Payment Participants

For payment transactions, information may be shared with payment processors, card networks, banks, accounts, customers, fraud-prevention providers, and other parties involved in processing, settling, refunding, or disputing a payment.

6.5 Legal and Safety Reasons

We may share information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or protect the Services.

6.6 Business Transfers

We may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.

7. No Sale of Personal Information

Ten Four does not sell personal information for money.

We also do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If we use advertising or analytics technologies that may be considered "sharing" under certain state privacy laws, we will provide applicable choices where required.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, secure accounts, measure performance, analyze usage, and support website operations.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

9. Text Messaging and Calls

The Services may involve text messages, MMS messages, calls, voicemails, automated messages, and related communications.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages where supported. Reply HELP for help where supported.

Calls and voicemails may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, reviewed by Ten Four personnel, processed by AI systems, and shared with the account to provide the Services.

Accounts are responsible for obtaining and maintaining legally required consent to communicate with their customers through Ten Four.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud, and create business records.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, account status, legal requirements, backup cycles, payment requirements, tax/accounting obligations, and operational needs.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.

12. Your Choices

Depending on your relationship with Ten Four and applicable law, you may have choices to:

  • Access or update account information.
  • Opt out of certain text messages by replying STOP.
  • Disable certain cookies through browser settings.
  • Request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information.
  • Appeal a privacy request decision where required by law.

If you are a customer of a account and your information was provided to Ten Four by that account or processed for that account, you may need to contact the account first. We may need to work with the account to respond to your request.

13. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws. These may include the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information.
  • Access your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information.
  • Obtain a portable copy of personal information.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling where applicable.
  • Appeal a denied request.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

14. Children

The Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

15. International Processing

Ten Four is based in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

16. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. You should review their privacy policies.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
