SMS Demo — Consent & Opt-In

This page documents how end-users provide express consent to receive demonstration text messages from Bring Corp, doing business as Ten Four ("Ten Four," "we," "us," or "our"), as part of the Ten Four SMS demo experience.
This consent disclosure applies only to the Ten Four demo phone number, used for showing prospective accounts how the Ten Four service works. Separate consent disclosures apply to messages sent from production account numbers.
1. What the Ten Four SMS Demo Is
Ten Four is an SMS-based concierge service for independent tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, handymen, and similar). The Ten Four demo is a short scripted text-message conversation that walks a prospective account through both the customer-side and account-side experience of the service in roughly three minutes.
The demo is initiated entirely by the end-user. Ten Four does not send unsolicited messages to demo participants.
2. How You Opt In
Opting in to the Ten Four demo is a two-step process. Texting DEMO by itself does not opt you in to receive demo messages.
Step 1 — Start the demo. You begin by sending the text message DEMO from your mobile phone to the Ten Four demo number:

Step 2 — Confirm. After you send DEMO, Ten Four replies with a one-time confirmation message that identifies Ten Four, briefly describes the demo, states that message and data rates may apply, and includes STOP and HELP instructions. That confirmation message asks you to reply Y to begin.
Replying Y to the confirmation message constitutes your express written consent to receive the scripted demonstration text messages described in Section 3 from Ten Four at the mobile number you texted from. If you do not reply Y, Ten Four will not send you any further messages.
You may encounter a QR code on Ten Four sales materials (such as a business card or printed handout) that opens your phone's messaging app with the message DEMO pre-filled to the Ten Four demo number. Scanning the code and sending DEMO only completes Step 1 — it starts the demo request but does not opt you in. You are not opted in until you reply Y to the confirmation message.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You are not required to start the demo to learn about Ten Four or to become a account on the platform.
3. What Messages You Will Receive
The first message you receive after texting DEMO is the one-time confirmation message described in Section 2, which asks you to reply Y.
After you reply Y to confirm, Ten Four will send you a scripted series of approximately 10 to 15 text messages that walks through:
- A welcome and instructions for how to follow the demo.
- A simulated customer service request (you role-play as a customer of a fictional plumber).
- A one-time link to a sample booking form on a Ten Four web page.
- A simulated account-side experience (you role-play as the plumber receiving the job).
- A link to a sample account queue portal on a Ten Four web page.
- A simulated estimate-approval and payment confirmation flow.
- A wrap-up message with an optional link to a follow-up contact form.
The demo does not include marketing messages, promotional offers, third-party advertising, or solicitation for unrelated products or services. After the scripted demo ends, you will not receive further messages unless you re-initiate the demo by sending DEMO again (and confirming with Y), or you separately contact Ten Four through another channel.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how quickly you reply to each prompt during the demo. A typical complete demo consists of approximately 10 to 15 messages sent within a window of roughly three to ten minutes, only after you have texted DEMO and replied Y to confirm.
Ten Four does not send recurring scheduled messages, reminder messages, or repeat campaigns to demo participants.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Ten Four is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier related to sending or receiving SMS or MMS messages associated with the demo. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
6. Opting Out and Help
You may opt out of demo messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Ten Four demo number. After you reply STOP, Ten Four will not send you further demo messages from that number.
Reply HELP to any message from the Ten Four demo number for assistance, or contact Ten Four at the address listed in Section 9.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket, and most other U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your mobile number and the contents of your demo conversation are collected and processed in accordance with the Ten Four Privacy Policy. Demo conversation contents may be stored and reviewed by Ten Four personnel to operate, secure, and improve the demo experience and the Ten Four service.
Ten Four does not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information, and does not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Eligibility
The Ten Four demo is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Do not text the Ten Four demo number if you are under 18.
